![]() ![]() So if anybody needs anything in regardless to Pro Pinball or any questions, I probably can help.Įven though I have Windows 7 64bit, all the tables work perfectly, don't even need a compatibility mode. #Pro pinball timeshock no cd#All 4 tables, windows versions with the latest patches & no cd patches, all my tables play the background music, I got all the documents, guides & PDF's for these games as well. But regardless, even at a scaled 1280x1024 resolution these games look amazing, its definitely MUCH better than not having them at all. One of the reasons I keep buying 16:10 monitors is so that I have the 1200x resolution height for games like Pro Pinball, VP, & FP. & I highly recommend playing them at 1600x1200 resolution like I do (The Web can only do 1024x) if you are able to, obviously the higher resolution looks great, & also no LCD scaling needs to be done which can muddy the game quality a bit, though there is no avoiding scaling if you are on a 16:9 monitor since there is no 1080x resolution. You don't own a real pinball machine? Well these tables are as close to the real game as you'll find. There is no excuse to not own them if you are a fan of pinball, since they are the best pinball sims in the history of the world. Otherwise I think the GOG versions of BRUSA & Fantastic Journey are OK, just not Timeshock. #Pro pinball timeshock full#I would go on Amazon or Ebay & look for the full windows collection of all 4 games, or at least the newest 3. If anybody truly can't find the windows games for a reasonable price, PM me & I'll help you get them. I hold these tables in such high regard that I just couldn't bear knowing that people are playing VP/ FP versions of them instead of the real thing, it would drive me nuts!īecause these games are old & can be found really cheap (& make sure you don't get the DOS version of Timeshock that GOG sells, it isn't quite as good & it limits resolution to 1024x768, get the windows version, same with The Web but GOG doesn't sell that one for some reason). First off, there is no way a VP or FP version could compare to the real games. Please let us know if you have any comments or suggestions regarding this description.I say no, we should NOT recreate the Pro Pinball tables in VP or FP. Like the original, it is of course possible to play with up to 4 people at one computer, in the classic hot chair mode. The results of our games go to a completely new online scoreboard. The menu allows you to experiment in an almost unlimited way with the game settings, such as the number of balls, the slope of the table, the force of the paws and bumpers, and even the wear and tear of individual mechanical elements of the table. It also offers us hundreds of mini-games played on a rebuilt and improved display.Ī new option introduced by the authors is the so-called glass-off mode, which allows you to get to know the nooks and crannies of the flippered table thanks to the free operation of the ball, controlled by the mouse. Following the best traditions of the series, the table is filled with various types of ramps, spinners, bumpers and magnets. In accordance with current standards, advanced graphics effects have also been implemented, supported by the latest graphics cards. The most visible change is, of course, heavily tuned graphics, supporting resolutions up to 1080x1920 (portrait mode Full HD). ![]() ![]() The new version of Timeshock! is a faithfully reproduced original table, built from scratch on a new pinion. ![]()
